Caverion delivers Total Technical Solutions for the new Clarion hotel in Finland

Caverion delivers Total Technical Solutions for a new eight-storey hotel being constructed by Skanska. The hotel will be part of the Clarion hotel chain operated by Nordic Choice hotels.

“Sufficient resources and seamless co-operation between the service providers play a key role in this project with a challenging schedule. We have good experiences of working with Caverion in similar projects with tight schedule,” says Skanska’s construction manager Martti Savolainen.

Caverion is responsible for the Project Management and Project Execution for all building systems. Total Technical Solutions cover the disciplines of Heating and Sanitation, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Cooling, Electricity, Information and Communication, Security and Safety, as well as Automation systems.

The building has a total surface area of 14,737 square meters. The hotel will include 258 rooms and venues for conferences and events. The construction work started in May 2015 and will be completed in October 2016. The hotel is located in Aviapolis, near to the Helsinki-Vantaa airport, and it is one of the two first Clarion hotels in Finland.
