Caverion has secured a new Managed Services agreement with the Swedish municipality of Sollentuna in Stockholm County. Caverion will be responsible for Managed Operations, including Technical Maintenance of around 70 public buildings in Sollentuna, including schools, day care centres, sports centres and also a number of listed buildings such as Edberg’s castle.
The value of the 4-year agreement, starting October 1, 2016, is around EUR 6 million. The agreement further includes an option for up to four years. The total floor area of the buildings is estimated at 170,000 m2.

The agreement includes targets to lower the running costs and to increase the energy efficiency. The following disciplines are covered by the contract: Heating and Sanitation, Ventilation & Air Conditioning, Cooling, Electricity and Security & Safety.
Sollentuna has a population of around 70,000 people. Sollentuna municipality belongs to Caverion’s public client segment.
