Caverion ensures conditions at the highest office building in Finland - digital services support Technical Maintenance

Caverion has signed a contract with Kiinteistö Oy Keilaniemen Torni for the Technical Maintenance of the highest office building in Finland, Accountor Tower. Technical Maintenance is supported by the remote center and the Caverion SmartView digital platform.

Caverion has the overall responsibility of the pre-agreed conditions in the building, annual maintenance of building solutions, main access of all security systems, energy management, and maintenance of the property and outdoor areas.

The Accountor Tower will be connected to Caverion’s control room to ensure the conditions and energy use in the building and the functionality of technical solutions.

Caverion SmartView offers real-time information on the building

Technical Maintenance at Accountor Tower will utilise Caverion's digital platform, Caverion SmartView, which integrates and analyses data from the real estate and provides real-time information on the activities and conditions to the real estate owner and real estate manager. The desired information is easily and quickly accessible from the customer portal. The tenants of the real estate will also have access to the portal enabling them to check the conditions of their premises and the related service requests. Caverion's SmartView content will be further developed in partnership with the customer and based on the customer's needs to best serve all real estate users.

The Accountor Tower, the most famous landmark in Keilaniemi, Espoo was completed 43 years ago and is probably Finland's first open-air office building. The main tenant of the house is Accountor Oy. The real estate is owned by Regenero Oy, a joint venture of HGR Property Partners and YIT.
